Born from leftover tortillas and the wisdom of not wasting a thing. We toast our totopos in-house, drown them in a slow-roasted tomato & chile guajillo salsa, and finish with crema, queso fresco, red onion, and cilantro. The way Mexico City mornings taste.
Tapatío gold from Guadalajara. Thinly sliced beef simmered in its own juices with tomatillo, chile, and bacon, served in a clay bowl with frijoles, onion, cilantro, and a hard wedge of lime. Built to warm you from the inside out.
